Relationship Telephone Counselling
 
Do you have a relationship issue that is upsetting you or causing you anxiety or concern?
Would you like to talk it over with a professionally trained relationship counsellor?
If so, Anna Finlayson and Daren De Witt, of NVC Resolutions, can offer you a one to one relationship telephone counselling session.
A relationship between two people is a very powerful dynamic, which can at times be very challenging. Sometimes we can feel elated and passionate, and deeply in love. At other times the magic can seem to desert us and we can feel lost, angry, confused and alone. At these times, it can help to have support to help us make sense of these powerful dynamics and to help us clarify a way forward within our relationship.
Anna and Daren are trained relationship / marriage counsellors who understand the complex dynamics of relationships. We can help you clarify what is going on in your relationship, so you can put it and your life back into perspective.
N.B. This service is for one to one relationship telephone counselling. We do not do conference calls with couples at this point in time.
How our relationship telephone counselling service works:
You Contact Us
If you are interested in a relationship telephone counselling session, you contact us by telephone or email. If we don’t reply immediately we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We Agree a Relationship Telephone Counselling Session Time
We agree between us a time for the relationship telephone counselling session to take place. You may request to talk specifically with either Anna or Daren, or you may be happy with either of us. Session lengths are usually one hour.
You Pay in Advance
We request that you pay us in advance for the relationship telephone counselling session. You can do this quickly by clicking on one of the online payment buttons towards the bottom of this page. Or you can send us a cheque in the post. The cost is £45 for a one hour counselling session, or £25 for half an hour.
The Session Itself
Your relationship telephone counselling session takes place. If you like, we can phone you for the actual call, if you are on a UK landline, or you can phone us.
Follow Up
At the end of your relationship telephone counselling session, we will give you the option to book another appointment. If you want to do so, we will agree a time / date.
Missed Relationship Telephone Counselling Sessions:
Provided that you give us 24 hours notice of any sessions that you are unable to keep, the relationship telephone counselling session will be re-arranged at a convenient time and there will be no charge.
If you do not give us notice, you pay 50% of the agreed sessional rate for a cancelled 1 hour session.

About Us
Daren and Anna bring many skills to this relationship telephone counselling work. We have completed a two-year specialist training in Couple Counselling and Relationship Psychotherapy,
graduating with Diplomas in Creative Couplework with the Centre for
Gender Psychology, with whom we are in regular supervision. We have also studied the Voice Dialogue approach to relationships. We have 9 years experience of practising and teaching Nonviolent Communication, and 10 years experience as mediators and mediation trainers. We have been in a relationship together for 13 years, which adds to the depth of experience we bring to our relationship telephone counselling service.
