Daren De Witt and Anna Finlayson of NVC Resolutions can provide workplace coaching in conflict resolution, people management and key communication and team building skills. Our coaching mainly uses the principles of Nonviolent Communication, though we also bring our extensive knowledge of conflict resolution, mediation and human development to our workplace coaching.
We offer workplace coaching on a one to one basis, in person or by telephone. We also offer coaching to small groups within organisations or businesses. Our approach involves coaching people through issues that arise in the course of their work until they have internalised the key essential skills involved in managing people and helping people to resolve conflict and communication difficulties.
