Training - Conflict Resolution and Communication Skills
Our workplace conflict resolution training offers cutting edge concrete tools to deal with workplace conflict in all its forms. Our workplace conflict resolution training programmes will help you and your staff to understand the causes of tension and conflict between people in your workplace. It will equip you with concrete, practical skills to deal with conflict effectively as and when it arises.
We also provide cutting edge communication skills training that will help you to develop a happier, more harmonious and more productive workforce.
A frequent area of tension in the workplace occurs between meeting organisational needs - e.g. to complete tasks by stated deadlines, or provide services within the limitations of stipulated objectives - whilst at the same time maintaining healthy, respectful working relationships with staff & clients. Our approach can help you resolve tensions such as these.
Training Programmes:
We want to tailor our training to the specific needs / objectives of your organisation. Our typical workplace conflict resolution training programmes range from half-day tasters to 3-day courses, and include the following themes:

Our workplace conflict resolution training is based on the Nonviolent Communication sm model, which is recommended by leading communication and motivational trainers, including John Gray (Mars and Venus) and Anthony Robbins (Awaken the Giant Within). Nonviolent Communication is currently taught in more than 40 countries worldwide. Our trainers are qualified representatives of the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.
