Brainwaremap for Creative Learning, created at the University of Edinburgh, is an exhaustive site with a multitude of pages on learning skills, theories, creativity, personal development and stress management.  It includes a clickable site map in the design of an underground system.

Conflict and Change

A mediation project that supports and promotes community based conflict resolution in the East London borough of Newham. Anna and Daren have close associations with this project, and Nonviolent Communication is one of several conflict resolution models used by members.

Mediation-eu.net

The creation of this website is part of the work of a two-year European project on mediation in schools, funded by the Daphne-EU programme to combat violence against children, young people and women.  There are four partner organisations: from Spain, Germany, Belguim and the UK.  The purpose of the website is to make available to school communities, and to educationalists and other professionals who work with schools, information, resources and contacts relevant to conflict resolution and peer mediation in schools.

Mediation UK

Mediation UK is a national voluntary organisation dedicated to developing constructive means of resolving conflicts in communities.  They seek to ensure that everyone has access to high quality mediation.  As an umbrella body, they provide services for over 400 members and co-ordinate and support the work of Mediation Wales, the Scottish Mediation Network, and the Disability Conciliation Service.

The Ministry for Peace Campaign

An organisation working for the creation of a Ministry for Peace within government and an independent Commission for Peace whose joint purpose would be to implement, in all areas of UK government and society, the Programme of Action outlined in the 1999 UN Declaration on a Culture of Peace.  In June 2004, Marshall Rosenberg addressed a meeting of the Ministry for Peace campaign at the Houses of Parliament. Anna and Daren are providing ongoing Nonviolent Communication support for this organisation.

Network for Peace

Set up to continue the work of the National Peace Council.  Wide-ranging membership both in the UK and abroad. Aims to act as a contact point for queries about peace organsiations, actions, vigils, and demonstrations, especially in times of crisis and emergency.

School Councils UK

School Councils UK has been helping schools to develop into caring communities, working with teachers and pupils in primary, secondary and special schools for more than ten years.  They develop and produce resources, training and research on school and pupil councils.

Young Mediators Network

The YMN is a national resource for young people involved in conflict resolution work around the UK.  It acts as a forum for young people to come together to get support, learn new skills and share experiences, ideas and raise the profile of youth mediation by giving young people a platform and a voice.  The network runs conferences, conventions and regional events 4 young people by young people.
