About foundation trainings in NVC
Foundation trainings are two days in length. They:
- present the concepts & tools used in NVC.
- will give you sufficient information & practice to start using NVC in your daily life.
- are challenging, moving, supportive & fun.

Post foundation trainings
For the following trainings we request attendance at a 2-day foundation training in NVC (or equivalent) as a pre-requisite. We hope this will ensure a common basis of understanding amongst participants.

NVC Foundation Consolidation Day
Sunday 6th April 2008 Location: London Led by Anna & Daren
On our foundation trainings we cover a lot of ground very quickly, so we have created this training day to support you to take your learning further. You will have an opportunity to explore the main themes of the foundation training - the four key ingredients, self-empathy, expressing yourself and empathising with others - in greater depth, both in theory and practice. This workshop will help to consolidate your understanding and practice of NVC. You might also like to use it as a refresher to reconnect you with the NVC process if it has been a while since your last workshop!

Manifesting Abundance with NVC
Sunday 4th May 2008 Location: East London Led by Anna & Daren
On this day we will look at how NVC can help us manifest our dreams and desires by unlocking the creative power contained within some of our deepest unmet needs. We will also explore some of the ways we can create strategies in our lives to assist in the manifestation and fulfilment of our deepest potential.

NVC and Mediation
Sunday 14th June Location: East London Led by Anna and Daren
This is an opportunity to develop your NVC skills in the area of mediation. Anna and Daren have 9 years experience of mediation and have been using NVC in their mediation practice and teaching for the past 7 years. During this day they will share with you the fruits of their experience, outlining the key elements of the NVC approach to mediation, also giving you an opportunity to practice them.
